Indiana NAP Tax Credits
Indiana residents who support Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana with a financial
gift of $100-$50,000 may be eligible to receive a Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) Tax Credit
from the State of Indiana. These tax credits are worth 50 cents on every dollar, which means that
you will receive 50% of your investment in BBBS back in your state tax liability credits. If eligible,
you may also take a regular deduction on your federal income tax.
There are a limited number of credits available, and they are awarded on a first come basis. All gifts
accepted for a NAP credit go to support our Community-based, one-to-one mentoring program.
Receive a NAP Tax Credit from Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana
On the receipt of a gift of at least $100, Big Brothers Big Sisters sends the donor a Form NC-10/20 and another state form with a
request of return by a specified date. Big Brothers Big Sisters files the completed forms with the IN Department of Revenue.
Once it is processed, the state sends a voucher to the donor in time to file their annual tax return.
If a donor would prefer to send the two completed NC-10 forms with the gift of financial support, the two forms needed may be accessed at the
